You may require such services in case of labour related matters, compensation or alimony claims, recovery against the decree of the court etc. First, a perspective or repeat client will call or come in for a brief or extensive consultation. Here, we will go over the requested services. Then, an agreement is made on what the assignment and its objectives are and how to proceed in the case. The client then signs an agreement and gives a retainer to cover costs and expenses. The case is then assigned to a concerned Investigator who will review the information supplied by the client. After reviewing the file and what the case objectives are, the Investigator will then proceed accordingly.

Following standard procedure and the wishes of the client, the Investigator will obtain the information requested. An update in by telephone or in writing (as instructed by the client) will be periodically given. As the case progresses, the Investigator may offer other avenues to be taken in that could benefit the case. Once all objectives have been met, or the client deems it necessary to discontinue, the Investigator will finalize the case. This will include preparing a report and any evidence gathered.

Finally, a final invoice is prepared with a cover letter offering other courses of action that may benefit the client.
